The TV program guide or title list cannot be displayed while watching external input.
IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products with Android™ 8.0. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article.
The TV program guide or recorded title list is not displayed even if you press the Guide or TitleList button while watching external input.
If BRAVIA Sync is on or if you are using the IR Blaster, pressing the Guide or TitleList button on the TV remote control will send that signal to the external device. Therefore, depending on the specifications of the connected device, the program guide or recording list of the connected device may be displayed.
NOTE for TVs other than A9F and Z9F series:
In previous specifications, if you pressed the Guide or Titlelist button on the TV remote control while BRAVIA Sync is on or while using an IR Blaster, the TV program list or recorded title list was displayed.
