Music suddenly stops or plays back on my Truly Wireless Headphones

IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article before starting these steps.

If any of the following conditions apply, the issue occurs.

• The built-in sensors work
  The built-in sensors work when the headset is removed or attached, enabling the headset to pause or resume music playback. 
  Even if the headset is not worn, make sure there is nothing around the sensor because the music will play when the sensor works.
  
  NOTE: You can disable the wearing detection function.
  Turn off the Pauses when headphones are taken off setting using the Headphones Connect app.
  
  
   
• The touch sensor is tapped (WF-1000XM3 only)
  The touch sensor may be tapped unintentionally.
  You can disable the touch sensor by changing the function of the touch sensor to None assigned using the Headphones Connect app.
