Does the issue resolve when you select the USB input on the Sound Bar?

Follow these steps to select the USB input on the Sound Bar:

Example for HT-IV300

1. On the Sound Bar remote control, press the HOME button. 
2. Select [Video], [Music], or [Photo]
3. Press [+] to select [USB device].
4. Select the item you want, then press [+].

Example for HT-Z9F

1. On the Sound Bar remote control, press the HOME button. 
2. On the HOME menu, select  Listen, and then select USB (Connected).
3. Check if the folders on the USB device appears on the TV screen.

Example for HT-S200F / HT-RT3

1. On the Sound Bar remote control, press the INPUT button repeatedly to select USB.
2. Check if the USB indicator lights up and the USB content list appears on the TV screen.

  The issue was caused by not selecting the USB playback mode on the HOME menu or input selection.
