Notice to customers using Wireless Stereo Headset, WI-SP510

    Thank you for your continued interest in Sony products.

    Sony has discovered that some units of WI-SP510 may not be able to power on due to issues with the unit body structure that may allow liquid ingression and corrosion to occur under certain environmental conditions. 

    To address this issue, we are implementing a service program for the affected units. 

    If you have an affected product, please contact us where a replacement product or a refund can be issued to you.

    The model number is located on the built-in rechargeable battery. 

    The serial number is printed on the right side earbud.
