The connected USB device does not charge.

    Check the following if the USB device such as smartphone connected to the Bluetooth speaker does not charge:

    IMPORTANT: Each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue. Check if the connected USB device is charging after completing each step.

    1. Make sure that the USB device is securely connected to the USB-A port Imageof the Bluetooth speaker.

      NOTE:
      • The USB device will not charge when connected to the USB-B port USB B port of SRSX9of the Bluetooth speaker.
      • Not all speakers have USB-A or USB-B port. For details on the port that you can charge a USB device, refer to the manual supplied with the product.

    2. An unsupported USB device is connected. For details, check the list of  compatible USB devices .

    NOTE: It is recommended to charge the USB device while the speaker is connected to a power outlet using the AC adapter. If the AC adaptor is not connected, the connected USB device may not be charged.
