The portable speaker does not turn on.

Check the following if you are unable to turn on the portable speaker:

• Make sure that the portable speaker has enough charge.

  NOTE: If the built-in battery has no remaining charge, the power will not turn on immediately after connecting the micro-USB cable. Please charge for approximately 1 hour before turning on the power again.

• Make sure the USB AC adapter is connected to the speaker and the AC outlet firmly.

  NOTE: Even if the battery is fully charged, try connecting the speaker to the USB AC adaptor.

• Press and hold the power button until the speaker makes a start-up sound.
