Why doesn't the Entire Network icon appear in My Network Places?
The Entire Network icon does not appear in My Network Places>/b>.
Due to the specifications of Windows XP, it does not display the Entire Network icon in My Network Places.
To display the [Entire Network] icon, please follow the steps below.
A. Using Windows Explorer
1. Click Start, point to All Programs, point toAccessories and click Windows Explorer.
2. Double-click My Network Places shown on the left panel of the My Documents window.
B. Using Windows classic layout
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Network and Internet Connections icon.
3. Click My Network Places shown in the see Also box.
4. Click the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
5. Select the Use Windows classic folder option in the Tasks box and click OK.
When you use Windows XP Professional, the Entire Network icon does not appear if you do not join the domain.
