Why does an error message appear when running PictureGear Ver.5.0 and accessing the sub-folder of the memory stick?
An error occurs when more than one memory sticks is inserted to the computer running PictureGear Ver.5.0 and accessing the sub-folder of the memory stick.
Please refer to the following procedure to resolve this issue.
1. Click Start, point to VAIO and click PictureGear 5.0.
2. Click Folder (not Outer Devices), and click the drive assigned to the memory stick from the tree view.
3. Double-click Simple and click MemoryStick.
