Why can't the printer work in Windows XP environment?
A. Windows XP does not allowed the printer driver to be installed in the computer.
B. An error message was encountered
Err Msg: Unable to install (Printer driver name). Operation could not be completed.
Please use the correct version of the printer driver to be installed in Windows XP. User should never try to install any drivers that are meant for other Operating System, for example: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me or Windows 2000, to be used with Windows XP. Those drivers are not compatible with Windows XP.
