    Please confirm the items below if Windows hangs up.

    Please check whether software other than pre-installed software is installed.
    Please check whether other hardware has been added (including Memory).
    Please check whether the peripherals are connected to the PC.
    Please disable network connections (Only when the computer is connected to the net).
    Please check whether CPU Usage is normal.
    Please check whether the computer is infected with viruses.

      Click tab Processes to make sure whether the program which occupies most usage of CPU is running.
