How to create or rename a folder in Windows XP?

    How to create a new folder?


    1. Select a location where the folder will be placed.


    2. Click File, click New, and then click Folder.



    3. Type a name for the new folder.


    Right-click on the blank area where the new folder will be created, click New, and then click Folder. A new folder appears.





    How to rename a folder?


    1. Right-click the folder to be renamed, and then click Rename.


    2. Type a new name for the folder.


    Alternatively, select the folder to rename, and then press F2 to rename the folder.
