How to back up the mails in Microsoft Outlook?
- Open Microsoft Outlook, click File on the tool bar, click Import and Export… and select Export to a file.
- Select Personal Folder File (.pst), and then select a folder to export from. also select Include subfolders.
- Select the save path, and then click Finish.
How to import the back up folders (.pst) in Microsoft Outlook?
- Open Microsoft Outlook,click File on the tool bar, click Import and Export… and select Import from another program or file.
- Select Personal Folder File (.pst).
- Click Browse... in Import Personal Folder,select the former back up folder of file.pst,Click OK, and click Next.
- Click Finish.

- Select Import Internet Mail and Address, and then click Next.
- When Outlook Import Tool appears, select Outlook Express 4.x 5.x 6.x, and then click Next.
