Cannot attach or lock the Front Panel even though I follow the Operating Instructions.

When attaching the faceplate to the front panel of the receiver, follow these steps:
- Insert the right side of the faceplate into the front panel.
- Push the Control dial on the faceplate until it locks into place on the front panel.
Note: You may need to apply some force to get it to lock into place.
