How to resolve if the play data stopped responding while using Live Mode Video?

    There is a possibility that the Bluetooth connection with the sensor has been interrupted.

    Please check the following:

    • Check the remaining battery charge of the sensor.
    • Confirm that the sensor's Bluetooth light (blue) is flashing.
      - If the Bluetooth light (blue) is not flashing, try restarting the sensor.
      - If the blue light does not light up, even when the Bluetooth button is pressed, charge the sensor, as there is a possibility that the sensor's remaining battery charge is at empty.

      Refer to the following on the behavior of the flashing lights.

      About the sensor lights
      Check the remaining battery charge of the smartphone/tablet being used.
      If the Bluetooth connection is interrupted, despite the sensor having a sufficient battery charge, check the remaining battery charge of the device. Be sure to charge the device before use when the remaining battery charge is low.

      If the remaining battery charge is sufficient on both the sensor and the device, perform pairing again. Refer to the following video on how to perform pairing.
