- Make sure that your device is compatible with the Xperia Ear Duo. Note! Apart from selected Android and iOS devices, only selected Walkman devices are compatible with the Xperia Ear Duo.
- Make sure not to cover the proximity sensor with your finger, as this can prevent the main unit from entering pairing mode.
- Place the right main unit in the charging dock, and let it charge for 5 seconds. Then remove it.
- If the LED of the main unit flashes quickly in blue, turn on Bluetooth in your Walkman device and select XEA20.
- If the LED of the main unit flashes slowly in blue, touch and hold the touchpad. If the LED then starts flashing quickly in blue, turn on Bluetooth in your Walkman device and select XEA20.
- If pairing failed, perform a factory data reset of the right main unit. Then remove XEA20 from the Bluetooth menu in your Walkman device. Follow the instructions in step 3.
- If the main units flash once in white, paring is completed.
