Weather widget doesn't show forecast (Xperia Touch)

You might experience that the Weather widget does not update for up to 10 minutes after startup when you have enabled “Use my location”. This is a known limitation in Android 8.0, which limits how frequently background apps can retrieve the current location. You can avoid this issue by setting your location manually.

To set your weather location manually

1. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the Home screen.
2. Tap Details > Location.
3. Start typing the name of your location and select it from the appearing drop-down list.
