Does the subwoofer produce sound after you check the settings of the Sound Bar?
Check the following two points:
- Raise the volume with the Sound Bar remote control.
- If your device has a night mode, press the Night Mode button on the Sound Bar remote control and turn the night mode to OFF.

The issue was caused by a low volume or night mode setting.
Adjust it to your preferred volume. -
