The Sound Bar cannot reconnect again with Sony's TV via Bluetooth

IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article before starting these steps.

On the Sound Bar remote control, press the TV button and check the status of the front panel display.

• When TV(BT) or PAIRING appears in the front panel: Operate your TV to connect with the Sound Bar.
• When TV appears in the front panel: Perform a pairing on the Sound Bar again using the following steps:
  • HT-A9
    1. Using the TV remote control, turn on the TV.
    2. On the Sound Bar remote control, press the (power) button to turn on the Sound Bar.
    3. On the Sound Bar remote control, in sequence press TV, AUDIO, and then BLUETOOTH.
    4. After PAIRING appears in the front panel display, perform a pairing procedure on the TV.
       
       Note: If TV appears in the front panel display, perform the procedure again from the beginning.
  • HT-A7000 / HT-A5000 / HT-A3000
    1. Using the TV remote control, turn on the TV.
    2. On the Sound Bar remote control, press the (power) button to turn on the Sound Bar.
    3. On the bar speaker, press and hold the BLUETOOTH button, and on the Sound Bar remote control, press the TV button simultaneously for 5 seconds.
       Note: Make sure that TV(BT) ON appears in the front panel display.
    4. After the BLUETOOTH indicator on the bar speaker flashes quickly in blue and PAIRING appears in the front, perform a pairing procedure on the TV.
       Note: If TV(BT) OFF appears in the front panel display, perform the procedure again from the beginning.
