Remove the AC power cord and all cables connected to the Sound Bar.

    1. Turn off the speaker, then remove the AC power cord and all cables connected to the Sound Bar. Then reconnect just the AC power cord and see if the issue is resolved.
    2. If the issue is still happening, turn off the Sound Bar and leave it off for at least 30 minutes before turning it on again.
