Can a USB memory stick or USB Solid State Drive (SSD) be used for recording?

Unfortunately, a USB memory stick or USB SSD cannot be used for recording.

However, the USB HDD recording function is available on Sony's Android TV*

As for USB SSDs, major SSD manufacturers confirm the operation of SSDs and independently provide target TV model information, but we do not guarantee operation.
