The volumes displayed on the TV and sound bar are not the same.
Although the volume displayed on the TV may change in the following cases, it is not a malfunction.
- Turning CEC or BRAVIA Sync control on or off
- Switching Speakers in the audio output settings between TV speaker and Audio system
