The Electronic Program Guide (EPG) gives you an overview of the TV shows that are scheduled in a TV channel. Sometimes the EPG can have the following issues:

• The TV programs list cannot be displayed
• Blocked EPG list
• Certain EPG services are missing

1. Due to the nature of the broadcast data, you may need to click into the channel before the EPG data will populate.
2. It may sometimes take a while for the EPG to load. Check again after some minutes.
3. Check with your operator for permanent or new limitations to the EPG service
