The TV volume won't change or there's no sound when an unsupported device is connected to the USB port of the TV.
Remove any unsupported device connected to the USB port of the TV.
Examples of devices that may be unsupported:
- Game controller
- Speaker
NOTE: If an unsupported device is connected to the USB port of the TV, the volume may not change even if the displayed volume value changes, or there may be no sound at all.
