The sensors on the TV don't work and remote control operations or brightness adjustments can't be performed.

There is a remote control light receiving sensor and an ambient light sensor near the center bottom of the TV screen. Placing something in front of the TV, such as a sound bar, can block the sensors and prevent them from working properly. Move the obstacle away from the TV until the sensors operate normally.

Notes:

• Check the TV instruction manual for information regarding the locations of the sensors.
• Make sure the blue protective tape is removed from the sensors.
• If the environmental light sensor is set to ON, try turning it to OFF.
