Perform a Network Diagnosis

    Depending on your TV model, the procedure to peform a network diagnosis is the following:

    For models released in 2015 and later

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote
    2. Under Settings, select System Settings
    3. Under Set-upselect Network
    4. Select Network setup
    5. Select View Network Status
    6. Select Check connection
    7. Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a while.

    For models released in 2014

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote
    2. Select the icon  (Help)
    3. Select Internet Customer Support
    4. Select Internet Connectivity Symptoms
    5. Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a while.

    For models released in 2013

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Network
    4. Select Network Setup
    5. SelectView Network settings and status or View Network Status
    6. Select Check Connection
    7. Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a while.
