Perform a Network Diagnosis
Depending on your TV model, the procedure to peform a network diagnosis is the following:
For models released in 2015 and later
- Press the HOME button on the remote
- Under Settings, select System Settings
- Under Set-upselect Network
- Select Network setup
- Select View Network Status
- Select Check connection
- Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a while.
For models released in 2014
- Press the HOME button on the remote
- Select the icon (Help)
- Select Internet Customer Support
- Select Internet Connectivity Symptoms
- Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a while.
For models released in 2013
- Press the HOME button on the remote
- Select Settings
- Select Network
- Select Network Setup
- SelectView Network settings and status or View Network Status
- Select Check Connection
- Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a while.
Which connection result is displaying?

All wired connection diagnosis results are displayed as failed. (Failed/Failed/Failed)

Both local and Internet access fail when using a wired connection. (OK/Failed/Failed)

The TV is connected to the local network but not to the Internet. (OK/OK/Failed).

The TV cannot access an Internet video content even if it is connected to the Internet.

All connections diagnosis are displayed as OK. (OK/OK/OK)
