To resolve the issue, follow these steps to set HDMI signal format settings to Standard format:
You can select the HDMI signal format suitable for the connected device to achieve the best picture quality, but the settings may cause no sound or sound interruption issue with some devices.
- Check the TV settings:
- Press the HOME button on the TV remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select Watching TV
- Select External inputs.
- Select HDMI signal format.
- Select the terminal which the device is connected and change the setting to Standard format.
NOTE: The HDMI signal format setting is specific for each HDMI terminal. This means you may need to follow the steps above to change the settings for each HDMI terminal to which the device is connected.
