While I'm watching YouTube or video via DLNA via wireless LAN, the connection is sometimes lost.

Please check the following.

1. Check the radio field intensity of wireless LAN.
   If the radio wave of wireless LAN is weak, the connection becomes unstable and the wireless LAN may not be connected or the connection may become unstable.
   Refer to the following and check the condition of radio wave.
   
   1. Press the Home button on the remote controller.
   2. Select Help.
   3. Select Customer Support.
   4. Select View Network setting and status.
   5. Check the Signal Strength from the displayed screen.
       

2. Put the wireless LAN router closer to TV and check whether the problem is resolved.
   There may be a cause of communication failure between TV and the wireless LAN router.

3. Turn off the power supplies of Bluetooth devices and other wireless LAN devices and check whether the problem is resolved.
   

   • Bluetooth devices use radio wave in 2.4GHz band in the same way as wireless access points.
   • Bluetooth is used for a wireless keyboard, mouse, and wireless controller of PlayStation3 etc.
   • Wireless LAN communication of TV may not be properly performed due to radio wave of other wireless LAN devices.
     
     
4. Change the wireless channel of the wireless LAN router and update the firmware.
   • The communications in a specific wireless band (wireless channel) may become unstable due to noise and other wireless devices.
     The communications may be stabilised by changing the wireless channel of the wireless LAN router.
   • If the latest firmware is not applied to your wireless LAN router, the communications may be stabilised by applying the latest firmware.
