Why pairing cannot be done?
Pairing cannot be done.
Please check the following:
- Start Pairing from the state of turning off the power.
- Bring the Bluetooth headphones and the Bluetooth device closer together.
- Check if the Bluetooth profiles of Bluetooth devices to be paired are the same. Pairing cannot be done with different profiles.
- Pairing cannot be done if the Bluetooth device to be paired is equipped with a receiver function only.
- If pairing is not established within about 5 minutes, pairing mode will be cancelled and the Bluetooth headphones will turn themselves off. In this case, perform pairing procedure again.
