What happens if I don't wear my WF-1000XM5 in the Best Fit?
You may not experience:
1. Optimal noise cancelling effects, sound quality and call performance
2. Tap operations and Speak-to-Chat speech detection functioning properly​

It is important to wear the right size of earbud tips that matches the size of your ear canals for the Best Sound experience. 

Tip 1: Check that you are wearing the earbuds correctly in your ears.
Tip 2: Change the size of earbud tips or squeeze earbud tips lightly before wearing the earbuds if you feel any difficulty in putting them into your ears.
Tip 3: Try the different sized earbud tips and use the one that fits the most snugly in your ears.
Tip 4: Use the HPC App to determine the optimal earbud tip sizes for you. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for your left and right ears may be different. 
Tip 5: Let the HPC App determine if the earbuds are air-tight.
