Very Good Budget headphones. Clear and good Bass . Cannot go wrong with Sony .

I got it this product through klarna and after 2 months of use now right side bud is not working and there is no option for return or warranty period nothing

this was my second purchase on this model. The battery was super long lasting, as compared to the other brands i own. Very reasonable price for what it does.

They are good sound quality for the price but sometimes I experience connectivity issues, mostly the issues are around the charging case, I haven't had them long and they are already not connecting to the charging case properly, so make sure the orange light on both ear pieces are shining when in the case, otherwise they will not charge and they will also start connecting to tech that uses bluetooth automatically when just sitting in the case if not connected to case properly

Bought on 31/08, by mid Oct , one side of ear piece no sound .. brought to Sony Service Centre and few days later collected C510 as replacement for C500. Thank Sony for the one to one exchange.

One side of it was spoiled(no sound at all) on the 13 months, just one month after the warranty expired.

These ear buds are a high quality product, a great design, packed with features for taking and making calls and their sound quality is excellent. They connect perfectly via Bluetooth each time to my mobile, great value for their cost.

I'm glad I bought SONY WF-C500. Listen music use C500 make me very happy because of Quality of sound.

I bought these in October last year before I went on holiday. To get them to connect to your device you have to download a Sony app. After going through the faff of connecting them to my phone, initially I didn’t have any issues when just listening to music. When I tried to use them to make/ answer a call, the quality of the microphone is not good at all!! When you’re using them for calls the sound quality is very poor as it picks up the background noise so it makes it hard for the other person to hear you speaking. About 11 months into owning them the right ear stopped connecting when you took it out of the box so you would have to manually turn it on. It has now stopped connecting completely and doesn’t work so I am stuck with only one earphone. This is just out of warranty period and they have told me there is nothing they can do to help. Would not purchase again!!

I love my head phones so much, I'm glad I made that choice.

Bought it on sale at half the price. At that price point, it is good enough.

This earbuds is probably the highest clarity budget earbuds that you could buy. Even though it doesn't have noise cancellation and a bit lacking in bass if you're bass head but it makes of for high clarity in sound and great mic for phone call. It even has it's own equalizer app - Sound Control that allows you to make some minor adjustments on the upper end of the frequency so that it doesn't sounds too bright for those who likes a warm mellow sounding earbud. Give it a few days of playing before it sets in to it's final sound quality. It also has a long battery life that allows you to continuously play music for up to 8 hours before you need those put those earbuds into the case for charging. Overall a very nice earbud.

I bought this a few months ago and about a month ago the left ear bud wouldn't produce any sound unless it's pressed at a certain angle, I hwve re initialised it and done all other trouble shooting ans it still doesn't work, and you cannot find a sony representative to help anywhere. Before the earbud malfunctioned I was very happy with tye product

I bought the Sony ear pods a month ago and I don't regret my decision. For the kind of quality it's a good purchase

I bought this product mid July. The sound quality is fine, but I could not get them to stay in my ears. I don't have this issue with other earphones, I think this may be due to the shape/weighting of these earphones. For two weeks now, one of the earphones refuses to connect and the other one refuses to stay in my ear. I enjoy going to the gym, and it is not unusually for the earphone to slip out mid-set. The sound quality is not bad at all, but for the price I paid, I would expect more longevity.

I bought a black pair for myself for Christmas but eneded up giving it away to my sister, then got myself another pair (white) as I loved how the battery stays charged for weeks. Great value considering its at the lower end of the price point for similar products.

1. good audio (more discrete sound would be better) 2. the volume button on the left is not as distinct as the right 3. if the control functions can be assigned in the app, it would be easier when one single earbud is used 4. good connection 5. very good value for the price

Looked at all in this price range ,very happy with my purchase.

I bought these a couple weeks ago and I was excited but then I utha them mainly cause of the AI and the Assistant doesn’t even work properly

I bought this a month ago for my exercise usage. It is indeed incredible with the crisp sound and control touch buttons, it is simply perfect for me. The bass sound is average, hopefully Sony will improve on this for all headset

Considering the cheap price of these Sony wireless headphones they are absolutely amazing and have bought a second pair as a birthday gift

Left ear button broke after 5 months. Don’t telling me it has to go back to shop where I purchased. I live 200 miles from the shop. So £30 on Sony wasted.
