Why can't SonicStage or OpenMG Jukebox playback the .wma and .asf files?
The SonicStage or OpenMG Jukebox program starts after double-clicking the files but playback fails to start.
This symptom occurs when the Windows Media file with .asf and .wma extension is associated with OpenMG Jukebox and SonicStage.

Alternatively, follow the steps below:
1. Start Windows Media Player.
2. From the Tools menu, click Options.
3. Click the File Types tab.
4. Select the Windows Media File option and click Apply.
5. Click OK.
6. Restart the computer.
