Amazon Alexa (Amazon Echo, etc.) cannot recognize the Soundbar.

- Verify whether or not the sound bar is correctly connected to the internet from network settings.
- Set the soundbar Network/Bluetooth Standby to On.
- Perform a power reset. (disconnect and reconnect the power plug).
